finding which resistors are suited for different electical compontants is really hard to research, i knew that pin 11 has a resistor built in but i couldnt even find out what one it was! also i couldnt find anything usful online so ended up simply google image searching ardunio boards with LED light and zooming in on the reistor they used then rooting through the draws to find one with the same coloured bands-soloution!
