who'da thought it

so far i have done all my coding for the flashing lights on my own with nothing copied from the internet or any help from others.
I found a good way to repeat lines of coding for a flashing light when wanting to switch to another pin is to copy and paste into word and 'replace' one int name with another int name.

The wiring! using pins 13-9. separate reisitors for each LED from the pin but all linked to the same ground.
i used pin 0 for my input, and the 5v and ground.
on the breadboard also wired up is my sensor, with a 10k resistor and ceramic capacitor although i was using a slider in order to test the lights and to simulate an increased stress reading whist working (although i was a little stressed!)
